Richman Property Services is currently seeking a full-time AI Implementation Specialist to join our dynamic team. Are you a community-inspired, passion-driven individual with a can-do attitude? If so, we want you on our team!
Position : AI Implementation Specialist
Location : Remote Work. Will be required to come into the Tampa Support Center office
once every month.

Responsibilities :
- AI Integration and Development : Design, develop, and implement AI-driven chatbots and automation tools to support employee service representatives, streamline troubleshooting, and efficiently respond to employee queries.
- Strategic Collaboration : Partner with IT Directors to align AI initiatives with the company's strategic goals, including increasing productivity, improving operational efficiency, and enhancing employee and customer experiences.
- Automation and Workflow Optimization : Develop and deploy AI tools to automate repetitive tasks across departments, such as data entry, troubleshooting processes, and communication workflows.
- Training and Support : Provide training and support to employees to ensure the successful adoption of AI tools and technologies.
- Performance Monitoring and Improvement : Continuously monitor AI systems' performance to identify opportunities for improvement and scalability.
- Compliance and Security : Ensure all AI implementations comply with industry standards, data protection regulations, and company policies.
- Innovation and Research : Stay informed on emerging AI trends and technologies to propose innovative solutions that can be implemented across the company.
Requirements :
o Google AI or Microsoft AI certifications
o Certified Machine Learning Specialist (AWS, TensorFlow, etc.)
o Data Science certifications from reputable platforms like Coursera, edX, or
Udemy
o ITIL or other IT management certifications.
