What we are looking for:
- Strong commitment to grounds, pressure washing, cleanliness and curb appeal
- EPA I & II or EPA Universal preferred, may hire without EPA, Richman Property Services may pay the cost of your EPA I & II within first 75-days of employment
- Experience with Yardi property management software
- Bilingual English/Spanish a plus!
- Superior customer and resident service standards

Responsibilities:
- Execute and sustain daily repair and upkeep of the property
- Preparation of vacant units for occupancy within established deadlines
- Manage service requests and response times, ensuring completion within established deadlines while warranting responsive, efficient, and courteous customer service
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
- Always maintain a safe work environment and report any safety concerns/issues to the Maintenance Supervisor or Property Manager
- Uphold and demonstrate exceptional customer service
- Seek educational opportunities and self-improvement for personal growth and development
- Participate in on-going property preventative maintenance plan
- Assist in team effort of maintaining curb appeal and general cleanliness of buildings and grounds
- Complete required tasks such as training, logs, and reports in a timely manner
- Communicate adequate inventory of maintenance supplies and parts
- Education:
- High school diploma or GED; industry-related courses preferred
- Experience:
- Minimum of 1-2 (2) years of maintenance and general repair experience or Groundskeeper
- Proficiency in maintenance tasks, including carpentry, electrical, plumbing, painting, etc.
- Must own basic tools as allowed by state laws
- Knowledge of local, state, and federal laws, including Fair Housing Laws
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently
- Skills & Certifications:
- EPA Section 608 Type I and II or Universal Technician license, strongly preferred. If you do not have your EPA I & II, but have the right skills, experience and drive, Richman Property may sponsor and pay for your EPA I & II within your first 75-days of hire.
