Richman Property Services, Inc. is currently seeking a full-time Porter to join our dynamic team. Are you a community-inspired, passion-driven individual with a can-do attitude? If so, we want you on our team!
Position : Porter
Location : The Porter will support our new construction projects in Austin, TX, primarily Ivy Heights
Hours : Monday through Friday from 8 : 00am-5 : 00pm, with a one hour lunch break daily.
What we are looking for :
- Prior experience as an Apartment Porter in a multi-family property environment
- Adept in grounds keeping, light maintenance, cleanliness and curb appeal
- Ability to work in a team-focused environment
