Position: Porter
Location: Fieldpointe Apartments, Frederick, MD
What we are looking for:
- Prior experience as an Apartment Porter in a multi-family property environment
- Adept in grounds keeping, light maintenance, cleanliness and curb appeal
- Ability to work in a team-focused environment

- Always maintain a professional appearance and attitude

- Demonstrate exceptional customer service to residents
- Adhere to company policies and seek opportunities for personal growth
Qualifications:

Education
- High school diploma or GED required

Experience
- 1-3 months of related experience preferred
- Experience with cleaning compounds and pressure washing beneficial
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Skills & Certifications:
- Valid Driver’s License required
