Position : Assistant Property Manager
Location : Grand Plaza Senior Apartments,our 302-unit residential community in Los Angeles, CA 90012
We are looking for Candidates with the following skills / experience :
- 2-4 years experience Leasing or APM experience with affordable / LIHTC and Sr. Living experience
- Prior or current experience with Yardi property management software
- Multilingual in English, Spanish, Cantonese or Mandarin a plus!

Responsibilities :
Position Requirements :
Associate's degree or equivalent experience.
2-4 years in the apartment industry, preferably in an Assistant Manager or lead Leasing position.
Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and Property Management software (e.g., Yardi), strong communication, organizational, and analytical / problem-solving skills
