Location: Greater Austin, TX area to support our existing and future multi-family portfolio
Hours: Regular business hours onsite at properties 4 days per week and one admin/office day per week. 80% travel within assigned region

Position: District Manager
Location: Greater Austin, TX area to support our existing and future multi-family portfolio

Key Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years prior property management experience in Market and Affordable (mixed) portfolios
- Previous multi-site management experience in the greater Austin, TX market and new construction lease-up's
- Experience using Yardi property management software products

Responsibilities:
- Oversee operational and financial aspects of the assigned portfolio
- Ensure compliance with regulations and company policies
- Provide support to Property Managers and Supervisors
- Communicate regularly with Corporate Office
- Direct property marketing strategy to increase rentals
- Maximize revenue and control expenditures
- Education:
- Associate’s Degree or equivalent experience required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred; CPM designation helpful.
- Experience:
- Minimum 5 years of property management experience required; familiarity with Yardi software is preferred.
- Skills & Certifications:
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Property Management Software
- Detail-oriented with excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to self-manage and prioritize
- Strong skills in hiring, staff development, budgeting, and marketing planning
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) skills are a plus
- Valid Driver’s License required
