Are you enthusiastic, community-driven, and ready to be part of our esteemed team? Richman Property Services, Inc. is actively seeking a full-time Floating Leasing Associate to join our dynamic team in Austin.

Position: Floating Leasing Associate - The Floating Leasing Associate will support existing Richman properties as well as new construction (Lease-Up's) in the Austin metropolitan area. You may also cover other regions in Texas as Richman continues to grow!

• Day-time schedules, 9:00-6:00pm, mileage reimbursement when traveling outside of home/base property

Key Requirements:

• 1-3 years of Leasing or APM experience in multi-family residential communities (affordable, mixed, market)
• Valid/active Driver's License, ability to travel within assigned portfolio/region
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) speaking Candidates are preferred
• Familiarity/experience with Yardi property management software products

• Manage all leasing inquiries, including phone calls and walk-ins
• Communicate knowledgeably about available properties to exceed performance benchmarks
• Create and distribute marketing materials
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships

• Demonstrate highly motivated, high-energy sales with excellent closing skills

Requirements:

• Education:
• High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree preferred
• Experience:
• Minimum 1-3 years of leasing experience in multi-family residential communities
• Proficiency in Yardi software products strongly preferred
• Skills & Certifications:
• Demonstrated phone sales and customer service skills
• Strong work ethic and customer focus
• Responsive, courteous, reliable, and upbeat attitude
• Attention to detail/follow-up technique
• Performance-driven with an embrace of growth and change
• Problem-solving skills and reliability
• Professional demeanor and personable phone voice
• Ability to thrive in a customer-focused, team environment
