Are you enthusiastic, community-driven, and ready to be part of our esteemed team? Richman Property Services, Inc. is actively seeking a full-time Front Desk Associate to join our dynamic workforce.
Position: Front Desk Associate (Full-Time)
Location: Grand Plaza Sr., our 302-unit Sr. Living community located in Los Angeles, CA 90012
Hours: Monday through Friday from 8:00am-5:00pm, with a one-hour lunch break daily. 40 hours per week.
Key Qualifications:
- Prior experience as a concierge, front desk, or leasing in a multi-family residential environment or Senior Living facility
- Yardi experience preferred.
- Ability to speak multiple languages English, Spanish, Mandarin a plus
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with residents and visitors are essential

Responsibilities:
- Manage all Front Desk inquiries, including phone calls and walk-ins
- Communicate knowledgeably about available properties to exceed performance benchmarks.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships.
- Excel in a professional, performance-driven, fast-paced team environment
- Demonstrate highly motivated, high-energy sales with excellent closing skills.
- Adapt to the needs and personality of each prospect.
- Greeting visitors
- managing multi-line phone systems
- directing calls
- scheduling appointments
- handling mail
- completing basic administrative tasks like data entry
- handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality
Requirements:

Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree preferred.

Experience:
- Minimum 1-3 years of Front Desk experience.
- Proficiency in Yardi software products preferred.

English and Mandarin/Chinese Preferred.
- Skills & Certifications:
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with residents.
