Join Our Team as a Part-Time Leasing Associate with Richman Property Services, Inc., in Merced, CA!

Are you enthusiastic, community-driven, and ready to be part of our esteemed team? Richman Property Services, Inc. is actively seeking a part-time Leasing Associate to join our dynamic workforce in Merced, CA.

Position: Leasing Associate (Part-Time), maximum 20-25 hours per week (schedule is below).

Location: The Retreat at Merced, our 119-unit multi-family community in Merced, CA 95341.

Hours: Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday as needed during regular office hours of 8:00am-5:00pm. Details discussed further during interview process.

Key Qualifications:

• Experience leasing in affordable multi-family communities
• Yardi property management software experience preferred
• Excellent customer/resident service skills/

Responsibilities:

• Manage all leasing inquiries, including phone calls and walk-ins
• Communicate knowledgeably about available properties to exceed performance benchmarks.
• Create and distribute marketing materials.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships.
• Excel in a professional, performance-driven, fast-paced team environment
• Demonstrate highly motivated, high-energy sales with excellent closing skills.
• Adapt to the needs and personality of each prospect.
  
  

Requirements:

• Education:
• High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree preferred.
• Experience:
• Minimum 1-3 years of leasing experience, mid-rise experience
• Proficiency in Yardi software products preferred.
• Skills & Certifications:
• Demonstrated phone sales and customer service skills.
• Strong work ethic and customer focus
• Responsive, courteous, reliable, and upbeat attitude
• Attention to detail/follow-up technique.
• Performance-driven with an embrace of growth and change
• Problem-solving skills and reliability
• Professional demeanor and personable phone voice
• Ability to thrive in a customer-focused, team environment.
