Position : Leasing Associate, new construction.
Location : Windfall, our brand new (currently under construction, opening very soon) 270-unit multi-family residential community located in Austin, TX!
Skills / Experience we are looking for :
- Candidates with experience new construction, lease-up communities
- Experience managing mixed communities of affordable, market, and conventional.
- Yardi property management software experience
- Proven track record of achieving high Resident satisfaction results, bilingual (English / Spanish) a plus but not required
