Position : Signature Lifestyle Specialist (Luxury Leasing Associate)
Location : Everly Key , our brand new 324-unit luxury residential community in Naples,FL 34116.
Key Qualifications : Leasing experience in a luxury, Class A property, proficiency with Yardi software products, and excellent Resident / Customer Service experience.
Bilingual (English / Spanish) preferred.
Hours : Combination of days Monday through Friday, 9 : 00am-6 : 00pm, with a one-hour lunch break daily. Weekends shifts are required during lease-up (Sat / Sun), from 10 : 00am-5 : 00pm).
Schedule will be discussed in full during interview process.

Responsibilities :
- Manage all leasing inquiries, including phone calls and walk-ins
- Communicate knowledgeably about available properties to exceed performance benchmarks
- Create and distribute marketing materials
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships
- Excel in a professional, performance-driven, fast-paced team environment
- Demonstrate highly motivated, high-energy sales with excellent closing skills
- Adapt to the needs and personality of each prospect Requirements :

- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree preferred
- Experience :
- Minimum 1-3 years of luxury leasing experience (and lease-up exp.), mid-rise experience, and proficiency in Yardi software products preferred

- Demonstrated phone sales and customer service skills
- Strong work ethic and customer focus
- Responsive, courteous, reliable, and upbeat attitude
