Are you enthusiastic, community-driven, and ready to be part of our esteemed team? Richman Property Services, Inc. is actively seeking a part-time Leasing Associate to join our dynamic workforce in Merced, CA.
Position : Leasing Associate (Part-Time), maximum 20-25 hours per week (schedule is below).
Location : The Retreat at Merced, our 119-unit multi-family community in Merced, CA 95341.
Hours : Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday as needed during regular office hours of 8 : 00am-5 : 00pm. Details discussed further during interview process.
Key Qualifications :
- Experience leasing in affordable multi-family communities
- Yardi property management software experience preferred
- Excellent customer / resident service skills /

Responsibilities :
- Manage all leasing inquiries, including phone calls and walk-ins
- Communicate knowledgeably about available properties to exceed performance benchmarks.
- Create and distribute marketing materials.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships.
- Excel in a professional, performance-driven, fast-paced team environment
- Demonstrate highly motivated, high-energy sales with excellent closing skills.
- Adapt to the needs and personality of each prospect.
Requirements :
- Education : High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Experience : Minimum 1-3 years of leasing experience, mid-rise experienceProficiency in Yardi software products preferred.
- Skills & Certifications :
- Demonstrated phone sales and customer service skills.
- Responsive, courteous, reliable, and upbeat attitude
- Attention to detail / follow-up technique.
- Performance-driven with an embrace of growth and change
- Problem-solving skills and reliability
- Professional demeanor and personable phone voice
- Ability to thrive in a customer-focused, team environment.
- Valid Driver’s License required.
