Richman Property Services, Inc. is currently seeking a community-inspired, passion-driven, team-oriented, full-time Maintenance Technician II with a can-do attitude to join our growing Maintenance Team!
Position : Maintenance Technician II
Location : Valley Oaks I & II Tulare, CA
Hours : Tuesday - Saturday 8 : 00am - 5 : 00pm
Key Qualifications :
- EPA Section 608 Type I and II or Universal Technician license, strongly preferred
- On call availability.
- Current CPO (Certified Pool Operator) License required for properties with pools.

Responsibilities :
Execute and sustain daily repair and upkeep of the propertyPreparation of vacant units for occupancy within established deadlinesManage service requests and response times, ensuring completion within established deadlines while warranting responsive, efficient, and courteous customer serviceEnsure compliance with safety regulations and company policiesAlways maintain a safe work environment and report any safety concerns / issues to the Maintenance Supervisor or Property ManagerUphold and demonstrate exceptional customer serviceSeek educational opportunities and self-improvement for personal growth and developmentParticipate in on-going property preventative maintenance planAssist in team effort of maintaining curb appeal and general cleanliness of buildings and groundsComplete required tasks such as training, logs, and reports in a timely mannerCommunicate adequate inventory of maintenance supplies and partsRequirements :
Education : High school diploma or GED; industry-related courses preferredExperience : Minimum of three (3) years of maintenance and general repair experience or GroundskeeperProficiency in maintenance tasks, including carpentry, electrical, plumbing, painting, etc.Must own basic tools as allowed by state lawsKnowledge of local, state, and federal laws, including Fair Housing LawsStrong organizational skills and ability to work independentlySkills & Certifications : EPA Section 608 Type I and II or Universal Technician license, strongly preferred Proficient in English for communication and record-keeping purposes.Current CPO (Certified Pool Operator) License required for properties with pools.Benefits :
