Key Requirements: Candidates with the following skills and experience are preferred:
- EPA type I & II (or EPA Universal) is a general requirement for this position, however if you have the right apartment maintenance experience, and are the right fit for our team, we may be able to pay and sponsor your EPA I & II Certification, within your first 75-days of hire! Details during interview process.
- Valid/current Driver's Licensee required for this position
- Candidates with experience with new construction (or lease-up) properties
- Yardi property management software experience
- Ability to work independently with great reliability

Responsibilities:
- Maintain curb appeal and general cleanliness of buildings and grounds
- Execute daily repair and upkeep tasks
- Prepare vacant units for occupancy within deadlines
- Manage service requests with responsive, efficient, and courteous customer service
- Ensure compliance with OSHA standards and maintain a safe work environment
- Adhere to all federal, state, local, and regional laws and regulations
- Maintain tools, equipment, and inventory
- Report property-related incidents and maintain professionalism
Qualifications:

Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; trade/technical school or related courses preferred

Experience:
- Minimum four (4 ) years in maintenance or related field; supervisory experience preferred

Skills & Certifications:
- EPA Section 608 Type I and II or Universal Technician license required, or if you have the right experience, we may be able to pay/sponsor your EPA I & II within your first 75-days of hire!
- Valid Driver's License required
- Current CPO (Certified Pool Operator) License required for properties with pools. If you do not have your CPO, Richman will pay/sponsor your CPO as we run training a few times per year
- Knowledge of various maintenance areas
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Proficient in English for communication and record-keeping purposes
