Position : Maintenance Superintendent
Location : Bryson Legacy, Los Angeles, CA.
Key Qualifications :
- EPA Section 608 Type I and II or Universal Technician license required
- This position is eligible for a $40 monthly cell phone allowance and qualifies for the maintenance quarterly salary increase program after completing the 90-day probationary period.
- Current CPO (Certified Pool Operator) License required for properties with pools.
- On Call required
