Are you a community-inspired, passion-driven individual with a can-do attitude? Richman Property Services, Inc. is currently seeking a full-time Maintenance Supervisor to join our growing Richman Maintenance Team!
Position : Maintenance Supervisor
Location : Velocity, our brand new, currently under construction multi-family residential property in Austin, TX
Key Requirements :
- EPA I & II or EPA Universal required for this position
- Valid / current Driver's License also required
- 4 or more years experience as a Maintenance Supervisor in a multi-family environment supervising maintenance staff (Maint Tech's, Porter), etc.
- Experienced with new construction, lease-up, hiring maintenance staff, vendor management, warranty experience and signing-off on new units
- Bilingual English / Spanish preferred but not required

Responsibilities :
Oversee daily repair and upkeep of the property
Manage the preparation of vacant units for occupancy within established deadlinesManage service requests and response times, ensuring completion within established deadlinesAssist in maintaining curb appeal and general cleanliness of buildings and groundsInterview, screen, and recommend candidates for maintenance technician or grounds personnel positionsExecute subsequent training of maintenance or grounds personnelManage scheduling and direct supervision of all in-house and / or vendor workMaintain supply and tool inventory; oversee ordering and delivery of necessary supplies and equipmentAssist in disciplinary or promotional recommendations for maintenance and grounds personnelEnsure OSHA standards are met at all times and maintain a safe work environmentMaintain logs and records; report unusual circumstances regarding the propertyUphold and demonstrate exceptional customer service; seek educational opportunities for personal growthQualifications :
Education : High school diploma or equivalent; trade / technical school or industry-related courses preferredExperience : Minimum four (4 ) years maintenance experience as a Maintenance Supervisor, Maintenance Superintendent, or Maintenance Technician IIExperience managing maintenance operations in apartment communitiesExperience with Yardi software products a plusSkills & Certifications : EPA Section 608 Type I and II or EPA Universal Technician license Valid Driver's License requiredCAMT and CPO certifications may be required within the first six (6) months of employment, Richman will pay the cost of obtaining CAMT and CPO where applicableProficient in English for communication and record-keeping purposesBenefits :
