Are you enthusiastic, community-driven, and ready to be part of our esteemed Richman Signature team? Richman Property Services, Inc. is actively seeking a full-time Signature Lifestyle Specialist (SLS) to join our dynamic workforce.
Position : Signature Lifestyle Specialist (Luxury Leasing Associate)
Location : The Prescott, our 346-unit luxury residential property in Austin, TX
Schedule / Hours : 40 hours per week, 9 : 00-6 : 00pm, Monday through Friday with a one-hour lunch break daily. Weekend (Sat / Sun shifts) from 10 : 00am-5 : 00pm.
Key Qualifications :
- 1-3 years experience leasing and marketing in a luxury residential community
- Experience using Yardi property management software products
- Excellent customer / resident satisfaction skills
