Richmark Properties is looking to fill an Assistant Maintenance for a multifamily apartment community.
- Willing to complete work orders, make readies, pools, and keeping grounds clean
- Comply with federal Fair Housing laws, statutes and regulations, as well as local laws and ordinances
Qualifications:
- Minimum one (1) year on-site experience as an Assistant Maintenance/Make Ready/Painter
- Provide own tools for repairs
- Valid driver's license or reliable transportation required
