We are seeking a motivated HIGH ENERGY Leasing Person that has a strong marketing background.
Roles and Expectations:
Responsible for advertising to potential residents, answering questions within their knowledge, and showing and leasing available units.

Leasing agents are expected to run background checks on prospects to ensure qualified applicants.

Required Skills and Experience:
One (1) year of apartment industry experience is desired
Excellent customer service skills
Strong sales, leasing, and marketing skills
