PART-TIME ASSOCIATE FLEXIBLE EVENING SHIFT up to 30 hours per week
Schedule: Monday through Thursday late afternoon/evening hours.
Richmond Advantage is a well-established hospitality and business supply distributor based in Schertz, TX. Home-grown, family-owned, and delivering tailored service since 1986.
Responsibilities:
- Pick orders from warehouse shelves
- Prepare orders for next-day fulfillment
- Maintain accuracy for order fulfillment
- Stock warehouse items
- Maintain warehouse in an organized and clean state
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED
- Must be able to read, write and communicate fluently in English
- Certified or passes certification to operate forklift within one week of hire date
- Able to work independently

Physical demands and working conditions:
- Must be able to stand, sit, stoop, kneel, lift and climb ladders in order to work in a warehouse lifting boxes repeatedly
