About the role :
The Injector provides a wide range of aesthetic treatments and procedures to patients seeking non-surgical cosmetic enhancements. This role requires a high level of clinical expertise, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional patient care. Two years of injection experience
What you"ll do :
Patient Consultations : Conduct thorough patient consultations to assess their needs, goals, and suitability for various aesthetic treatments.
Treatment Administration : Perform a variety of aesthetic procedures, including :
Neurotoxin injections such as Botox and Dysport
Dermal fillers
Chemical peels
Laser treatments
PRP treatments
Biostimulator injectables (Sculptra / Radiesse)
Post-Treatment Care : Provide comprehensive post-treatment care instructions and address any patient concerns or complications. Any and all atypical results are reported to the Medical Director and Dermlounge and Patient Experience Manager immediately. Injector has clinical back up from a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon in the practice at all times.
Inventory Management : Coordinate with supervisor for ordering aesthetic products and supplies.
Clinical Documentation : Document all patient interactions, procedures, and outcomes within 48 hours of treatment and in accordance with medical practice standards.
Continual Learning : Keep abreast of the latest advancements in aesthetic medicine and industry best practices.
Social Media : Works closely with Social Media Coordinator to produce content on a daily and weekly basis.
Qualifications :
Certification as a Nurse Practitioner (NP), Physician"s Assistant (PA), or Registered Nurse (RN).
Current DEA licensure required for NP and PA candidates.
A minimum of two years of experience in aesthetic nursing is required.
Demonstrates a strong understanding of facial anatomy and esthetic principles.
Strong communication skills with a focus on patient education and satisfaction.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize patient safety, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.
Knowledge of Allergan and Galderma products is highly preferred.
