Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor Nights
We are seeking an experienced RN Supervisor to work at our Skilled Nursing Facility in Staten Island, NY.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise assigned unit staff
- Establish and implement employee policies and procedures
- Mentor nurses and provide clinical and career guidance
- Maintain standards of care for the unit
- Review resident records and quality of care
- Monitor overall care and review individual resident cases
- Address resident and family concerns
- Represent the unit's interests with upper-level management
Requirements:
- Valid NYS RN License
- 2 years Long Term Care Experience preferred
- 1-year Charge Nurse experience preferred
- Positive attitude and leadership skills
- Strong computer skills
- Exceptional communication skills
Salary Range: $90,000-$100,000
Location: Staten Island, NY
