Duties:
- Collecting information from residents for admission: medical records, insurance details
- Recording health details of residents: vitals & temperature
- Administering medications and injections as needed
- Treating and dressing wounds and bedsores as needed
- Supervising Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA's) as required
- Assisting residents with personal hygiene and getting dressed
- Monitoring residents' food and liquid intake and output
Requirements:
- Ability to Work as a Team Member
- Valid NY State LPN License
- In Good Standing with State Registry
- Willingness to Learn
Rate:
$31.94 Base Rate 10% Shift Differential for Evenings and Nights
