In this role, you will provide leadership and instructional resources and services for the implementation of a school library media program that serves as an integral part of a student-centered educational process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess learning and information needs of students and staff
- Plan and work collaboratively with teachers to develop curriculum-aligned resources and services
- Instruct students and staff in the effective use of ideas and information
- Advocate and promote reading and life-long learning
- Lead in the school's use of instructional technology to enhance learning
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or foreign equivalent degree
- NC teaching license in School Media Coordinator
- Maintain licensure and CEUs
