About the Role
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Instructional Resource Manager to oversee the development and implementation of a comprehensive library media program. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing leadership and support to teachers, staff, and students to ensure access to high-quality resources and services.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement short- and long-range plans to ensure balance among teaching, instructional technology, collaboration, collection development, and program management
- Evaluate the school library media program on a continual basis according to accepted standards of quality
- Organize school library media facilities and resources to maximize intellectual and physical access to resources
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or foreign equivalent degree
- NC teaching license in School Media Coordinator
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
