Our dental office is actively seeking a talented Associate Dentist to join us. We offer personalized mentorship and ongoing coaching to help you grow in your career. With cutting-edge technology, including digital x-rays, CBCT Panorex, and digital scanners, we provide everything you need to succeed.

Responsibilities Include:

• Conduct comprehensive dental exams, create treatment plans, and diagnose issues
• Provide exceptional care to our patients
• Communicate with patients on oral health and effective hygiene practices
• Collaborate with our skilled team of dental professionals
• Ensure accurate and timely patient record-keeping

What We’re Looking For:

• DDS or DMD from an accredited dental institution
• Active Virginia dental license and DEA registration
• Eaglesoft experience is a plus but not required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Compensation & Benefits:

• $200,000 guaranteed salary or 30% of collections
• Health insurance and malpractice insurance provided
• Full-time position with a supportive team
