Communications Coordinator Job Purpose:
The communications coordinator is responsible for providing secretarial and clerical support to others in the office in order to ensure organizational effectiveness and efficiency.
Communications Coordinator Job Duties:
- Entering jobs and prospect information into company CRM
- Scheduling appointments for all residential sales staff
- Keeps management informed by reviewing and analyzing special reports; summarizing information;
- Answering multi-phone line system while communicating with office staff and sales representatives
- Creates spreadsheets to summarize lead information and analyze cost per lead expenditure
- The initial point of contact for all inbound calls and texts
- Create posts for social media
Education and Experience:
- A business degree or equivalent (preferred not required)
- A high school diploma with some years of administrative assistant experience
- Proper phone etiquette and communication skills
- Communication skills
- Computer skills including Email & Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, etc)
- Judgment and problem solving
- Planning and organizing
- Time management skills
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- Teamwork and collaboration
- Very effective organizational skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
