ABOUT THE JOB
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Groundskeeper to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for the overall residential and common area grounds to ensure they are aesthetically pleasing for family members to enjoy. As a Groundskeeper, you will play a key role in managing the appearance of the residential yards, common and entry areas, and any yard improvement renovations.
ABOUT RICHMOND FARM
Richmond Farm is a private family retreat located a few minutes outside of Ligonier, Pennsylvania. The nearly 500-acre property has been privately owned and managed for over 50 years for the exclusive benefit of family members.

QUALIFICATIONS
· The ideal candidate will possess a positive attitude, consistently apply golden rule standards, demonstrate a strong work ethic, and can deliver based on results.
· The individual will have experience in landscape maintenance with a High School diploma, GED, or suitable equivalent and 2 years of groundskeeping experience.
· The final candidate selected is skilled in equipment management with a fortitude to properly care for and handle utility equipment and machinery used in yard and garden maintenance.
WE OFFER
· A competitive hourly wage starting at $18.00 per hour
· Full-time at 40 hours per week including OT pay at 1.5 x
· Paid Scheduled Holiday on Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day
· Uniform Allowance
· Well Maintained Array of Equipment
