Responsibilities
- Collect payments from customers and cashier Service Repair invoices
- Answer dealership group phones and routing / transferring calls
- Scan documents for record keeping
- Data entry of some invoices for payment
- Work cooperatively with the service department, sales, and other internal teams
- Communicate with callers and visitors in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Excellent listening/communication skills, outgoing and positive personality
- Patience and listening skills.
- Customer facing friendly personality
- Punctual nature and ability to handle schedule flexibility and dynamic work environment
- Professional appearance and eager to improve on all aspects
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
