What are the responsibilities and job description for the Clothing Sales Associate position at Richmond Harley-Davidson?
Provide exceptional customer service and sell motorclothes and general merchandise to customers in the dealership.Gain the trust and confidence of new customers when they are introduced to the department.
- Give special attention to repeat orders to ensure the situation is corrected- Ensure customers are kept informed by providing realistic estimated wait times for backordered or special ordered items and by providing regular status updates on their orders.
- Provide superior customer service to both internal and external customers.- Handle telephone transactions quickly, and courteously.
- Plan and execute “exceptional” promotions to bring both “new and existing” customers into the dealership on a regular basis.
- Upsell additional products, packages.
- Participate in team meetings, work well with team, manager and customers- - Good general knowledge of merchandise.
- Maintain a positive, can-do, enthusiastic attitude- Work well with other departments to achieve dealership goals.
- Work with manager to maintain accurate inventory.
- Keep all merchandise and displays clean, well dusted and appealing to customers.
-Point out any sales, specials, or new merchandise to customer.
