- Prepare and administer medications as ordered by physicians.

- Maintain accurate records and reports, including resident charts and staff communication.
- Administer professional services such as catheterization, tube feeding, and wound care.
- Promote a positive image through professional behavior, dress, and speech.
Requirements:
- Certification as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN).
