Key Responsibilities:
- Perform a variety of handyman tasks, including a wide variety of repairs, installations, assembly and maintenance in residential properties.
- Handle general repairs, carpentry, drywall, painting, and other home improvement tasks.
- Ensure all tasks are completed efficiently, safely, and in compliance with building codes and regulations.
- Communicate effectively with clients, providing excellent customer service and maintaining a professional demeanor at all times.
- Work both independently and as part of a team to complete projects on time and within budget.
- Maintain and organize tools and equipment, ensuring they are in good working condition.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a handyman or in a similar role with proficiency in carpentry, drywall, painting, and general repairs.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues effectively.
- Excellent communication skills with a professional, friendly, and client-focused attitude.
- Ability to work well independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Motivated, reliable, and committed to delivering quality work.
- Strong attention to detail, with a focus on safety and quality.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Must have your own set of basic tools (specialized tools provided).
- Ability to lift heavy items, work in various environments, and handle physical tasks.
- Understanding of personal protective equipment.
- Ability to both provide and accept feedback
