We are currently expanding and in need of an Entry Level Recruiter.
The Human Resource Assistant / Recruiter will be responsible for providing support and assistance to senior management and the HR Department.
Core Responsibilities:
- Sourcing resumes on resume databases
- Implement company culture, values and policies
- Accurately maintain employee files
- Contacting candidates to discuss job opportunities with the company
- Greeting company guests
- Some data entry
- Updating social media platforms
- Answering high volume phone calls
Hours / Schedule:
Monday - Friday, 8 AM to 4:30 PM
Compensation / Perks:
- Pay is weekly ($500 - $600 DOE)

Requirements:
- BA/BS
- 1-3 years of experience in the restaurant industry
- Reliable transportation - we are not accessible via public transportation
- Immediate availability
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience working in a business professional office setting
- Strong organizational skills
Desired Qualifications:
- Prior leadership experience in either a sport or University related organization or club
- Prior sales experience
- GPA 3.0 and up
- College majored in Human Resources, Marketing, Communications, Professional Sales, Advertising or similar'
