Partner Veterinary is looking for a Janitor to join our Richmond, VA team!

- We currently have openings for all shifts – day/swing/nights, including weekends for a 24/7 hospital

What you'll do:
The Janitor is a proactive and independent support position that allows the veterinary hospital and team to run smoothly. This includes tasks that range from supporting basic patient care needs to cleaning exam rooms, restocking inventory, and doing daily laundry.
This role is the perfect opportunity for those interested in gaining veterinary knowledge with little to no prior experience, and values managing their tasks independently. The combination are individuals who are motivated by making an impact for team members by providing amazing and proactive team and facility support.
The Janitor role multitasks, prioritizes tasks, provides excellent attention to detail, and anticipates the needs of their fellow PVESC team members and patients.

- Adhere to hospital exam room and clinic cleaning protocols
- Restock/review inventory
- Assist with the preventative maintenance and day-to-day care of equipment

Requirements
- Reliable and proactive service-oriented mindset
- Interest in veterinary medicine
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand for up to 12 hours with limited breaks
- Able to lift up to 40 lbs. without assistance
This role is an important resource to the hospital. You will achieve this by anticipating and supporting daily needs within the hospital.
