Privately owned Physical Therapy practice looking for NYS licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) for outpatient office. Our office is highly professional, manual therapy based. Manual Therapy experience is preferred. Two Experience is preferred. New graduates will be considered.

We are small privately owned outpatient Physical Therapy office with two locations. We believe in hands-on one on one treatment with focus on manual therapy. We offer retirement benefits.
We are looking for Two PTA for following hours:
Monday, Wednesday, Friday 9 am to 3 pm
Physical Therapist Qualifications
- Current New York State license as a Physical Therapist Assistant
- 1-2 years of experience is highly preferred.
- Must possess valid liability insurance
Primary Duties for PT:
- Evaluates, plans, directs and administers individualized therapeutic treatment programs aimed at the restoration or improvement of function, or the prevention of disability.
- Ability to treat patients according to plan using conventional treatment methods but ability to incorporate more current and creative methods of therapy.
- Provides education and counseling to patients including nature of disorder, prognosis, type of therapy to be performed, home programs, safe us of adaptive equipment.
- Completes paperwork according to departmental/regulatory standards, including: evaluation reports, progress notes, and discharge summaries
