Job Summary:
The Account Manager must have the ability to stay organized while handling multiple clients demands in different stages of production, thrive under pressure, have strong excel skills and be a critical thinker.
Supervisory Responsibilities:

Duties/Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary contact for our clients and operating units as it relates to the production of our clients' mailings.
- Assist Account Director(s) with the execution of clients’ mailing programs, following all production-related aspects of the job from receipt of initial concept through invoicing.
- Coordinate with client, Moore DM Group’s operating facilities and outside suppliers to manage all aspects of the job, from component mock-up to data processing to component production and delivery, to insure flawless execution for our clients.
- Communicate with the Account Director (AD), Strategist or sales lead about any production-related issues that may potentially cause a job to mail late or come in over budget.
- Coordinate with production facilities and lettershops to prepare and manage comprehensive job schedules.
- Communicate all changes that could potentially impact overall package performance to Account Director and revise package components with Account Director’s approved revisions via the Prepress Dept.
- Prepare all instructions for the production, mailing and fulfillment of the clients’ package components using a production database.
- Assist Account Directors with billing instructions in accordance with the Program Plan, approve, and submit to Finance for preparation of invoice.
- Attend daily production meetings to update the Operations team on the status of pending jobs.
- Maintain and ensure 100% accuracy of “Client Standards.”
- Performs other related duties as required.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Experience with the printing and lettershop process, ideally in the direct mail industry.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite to include Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Education and Experience:
- College graduate preferred or professional level experience within field.
- Minimum 1-3 years’ experience in the printing or direct mail industry.
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods of sitting and* standing.*
