What are the responsibilities and job description for the Seasonal Associate - Color Correction and Retouching position at Richmond Professional Lab?
ABOUT US:
Richmond Professional Lab is a commercial photofinishing lab located at 7545 Midlothian Turnpike. We edit images, print photographs, collate photo packages, and ship orders to customers in all 50 states, serving over 5,000 professional photographers nationwide. We are now hiring seasonal employees in our Color Correction and Retouching departments to work through early June 2025. End dates are flexible and can be coordinated as needed based on volume. Some experience with Adobe products in relation to photography is required.
TERM OF EMPLOYMENT:
Start and end dates are flexible based on availability and business needs. Available start dates include:
- 3/3/2025
- 3/10/2025
SCHEDULE: TWO SHIFTS AVAILABLE
Color Correction:
- First Shift: Monday – Friday 7AM-3PM
- Second Shift: Sunday - Thursday 5PM-1AM
Retouching:
- First Shift: Monday - Friday 7AM-3PM
COMPENSATION:
- $15 / Hour
REQUIREMENTS:
- Regular attendance
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work independently or in a team environment
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
- Good verbal communication skills
- Comfortable utilizing imaging software to correct color-related issues
- Prior experience in Adobe products (i.e. Photoshop)
- Ability to pass a Color Test
