Salary Base - $175,000 - $220,000 based on experience!!!

Position Overview :
The Controller will be responsible for overseeing the financial health of the restaurant group, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and providing leadership in managing the company’s finances. This position requires a highly organized, detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about the restaurant industry. If you are a strong leader with a keen understanding of accounting, budgeting, and financial strategy, we want to hear from you! This role is based out of Atlanta GA.
Key Responsibilities :
- Oversee all financial operations for the restaurant group, including accounting, reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements to the executive team.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify trends and opportunities for cost control, revenue enhancement, and operational efficiencies.
- Manage cash flow, ensuring proper cash handling processes and accurate cash reporting.
- Develop and maintain financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and best practices.
- Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and provide ongoing analysis to ensure financial goals are met.
- Work closely with restaurant managers and senior leadership to provide financial insights and support business decision-making.
- Supervise and mentor a small accounting team, providing guidance and ensuring accuracy in all financial transactions.
- Ensure all tax filings, audits, and financial reporting deadlines are met in a timely manner.
