Your Responsibilities :

  • Develop and execute a menu that delivers exceptional flavors and presentation, showcasing culinary excellence.

  • Lead, train, and inspire a talented culinary team, fostering a culture of teamwork and growth.

  • 5 years of experience as an Executive Chef or Sous Chef in a high-volume, full-service restaurant.

  • A creative and innovative approach to menu development, aligned with a strong business acumen.
