Who we are looking for.
We are growing, and as a result we are looking for a Social Media & Content Manager to join our team. The Social Media & Content Manager will be responsible for managing our Firm’s social media accounts, with the primary goal of increasing brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.  This role requires a dynamic individual who can create compelling content that tells the stories of our firm and its members. It will also require collaboration with attorneys and the broader team to produce platform-specific, visually appealing, and on-brand content.

This position is ideal for someone who is ambitious, creative, energetic, personable, and passionate about content. It’s a great fit for someone who is confident in front of a camera or behind one, and excited to help shape and grow a brand that stands apart from others in the industry. There is also an opportunity for this role to grow into a more senior position in content and digital strategy as the firm continues to expand.

Key Responsibilities:
•    Develop and execute platform-specific strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube.
•    Manage and oversee daily activity and brand presence across all firm social media accounts.
•    Create, schedule, and publish high-quality, engaging content (including short-form videos, carousels, stories, Reels, blog snippets, and YouTube Shorts) that aligns with the firm’s voice and values.
•    Plan and manage a content calendar aligned with campaigns, firm milestones, trending topics, and SEO strategy.
•    Work closely with attorneys and staff to produce behind-the-scenes and educational content that highlights case wins, community involvement, and thought leadership.
•    Monitor social media trends and competitor activity to propose innovative campaign ideas that position the firm as a trusted authority and unique brand.
•    Analyze metrics across all platforms and use data to optimize posts, timing, ad spend (if applicable), and content format.
•    Collaborate with the broader marketing team to repurpose long-form content into platform-ready micro-content (e.g., snippets from podcast episodes, testimonials, or trial highlights).
•    Respond to messages, comments, and mentions promptly in alignment with the firm's communication tone.
•    Coordinate occasional photo and video shoots to ensure a consistent pipeline of quality visual content.
•    Support reputation management by encouraging and monitoring client reviews and testimonials.
•    Assist with light graphic design, copywriting, and branding support when needed (using Canva or similar tools).
•    Stay informed on changes to social media algorithms, platform updates, and advertising opportunities relevant to law firms.

Required Experience & Qualifications:
•    3 years of experience in social media management, content marketing, or digital storytelling.
•    Strong understanding of platform-specific content strategies (especially short-form video for TikTok, Reels, and YouTube Shorts).
•    Proven ability to grow followers and engagement organically across multiple channels.
•    Experience using content creation tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, or similar.
•    Experience using AI tools to assist in content creation and execution (e.g., ChatGPT, Jasper, Canva Magic Studio).
•    Demonstrated proficiency with current content optimization strategies for platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube.
•    Video editing skills highly preferred (especially for reels and shorts).
•    Solid writing and copyediting abilities with a keen sense of brand voice and tone.
•    Data-driven mindset with experience in interpreting analytics and adjusting strategy accordingly (Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Analytics, TikTok Insights, YouTube Studio, etc.).
•    Experience developing and maintaining social media content calendars.
•    Have a proven track record for completing creative projects on time and within budget.
•    Willingness to take creative risks and challenge traditional approaches to social media in a professional setting.
•    Comfortable collaborating with attorneys, leadership, and marketing professionals.
•    Self-starter with creative instincts and a passion for brand building through storytelling.
•    Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
•    Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
•    Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field preferred.
•    Previous agency or internal corporate marketing experience (B2C preferred).
•    No previous law firm experience required (in fact, no previous experience in the industry is preferred).

What we offer you that’s different.
•    Work Hours: Reasonable and balanced. M-F, 9-5.
•    Location: Beautiful newly renovated office space located downtown (parking available onsite, at no charge).
•    Compensation: $55,000-$85,000 plus eligibility for firm bonuses.
•    Work Culture: We are highly growth and team oriented, which means that although we believe in working hard together, we also prioritize celebrating that effort and progress. We’ve built a beautiful, fun, and comfortable workspace for our staff to enjoy each day, and we have regular in-office and offsite team building events and happy hours to ensure we are keeping it all in perspective.
•    Career Opportunities: We are growing, and getting in on the ground level of our journey means you’ll have the chance to grow with us. This role has the potential to evolve into a more senior leadership position overseeing content strategy, brand development, or broader marketing functions, depending on your interests and strengths. We don’t advertise like our competition and want someone who thinks outside the box to help separate our brand from the competition and really influence the growth of our firm.
Generous Benefits: Includes 100% coverage of a single plan for medical and dental insurance, life insurance, AD&D, as well as short-term and long-term supplemental disability. We also offer vision insurance, accident insurance, a 401(k) with firm contribution, weekly and monthly team awards and recognition, summer hours, free onsite parking, a hybrid work schedule after 6 months, and abundant paid time off. Our benefits package is regularly re-evaluated and continues to grow as part of our mission to provide an exceptional experience for both clients and team members.

This unique and high-potential opportunity with a Firm that places a premium on creating and maintaining a positive, rewarding workplace culture. If you are excited about this opportunity, please submit your cover letter and resume as PDF files through the listing on our website. Additionally, provide links or PDF versions of any relevant work samples.
