Your Responsibilities:
The Community Manager plays a key role in property operations and resident satisfaction. Key duties include:
Lead and manage all on-site team members and vendors
Ensure compliance with Tax Credit regulations and all company policies
Oversee daily property operations and financial performance
Develop and execute marketing strategies to maintain full occupancy
Drive resident satisfaction and retention programs
Prepare and manage budgets and operational reports
Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for residents
What We're Looking For:
To be successful in this role, you'll bring:
Experience in property management (Tax Credit experience is required)
A track record of successful leasing, renewals, and resident satisfaction
Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
Proficiency in OneSite or similar property management software (preferred)
Confidence using MS Office and standard office equipment
A positive, can-do attitude and a passion for delivering results
