Valley Estates of Mabelvale is searching for a dynamic and experienced Community Manager to lead our apartment community in Mabelvale, AR. Key Responsibilities:
- Market and lease available apartments in full compliance with fair housing laws.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and build meaningful connections with residents.
- Collect and deposit rent, late fees, and deposits using OneSite software.
- Screen and qualify prospective residents.
- Bid and negotiate service contracts, procure building supplies, and manage maintenance staff and vendor relationships.
- Address resident requests and complaints promptly and courteously.
- Ensure completion of maintenance and repairs, and oversee the general upkeep of the property, including building and grounds.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of two years of multi-family property management experience and one year of management experience.
- LIHTC experience preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software (OneSite experience preferred).
- Excellent problem-solving, multi-tasking, and organizational skills.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Empathetic leadership with the ability to enforce community rules effectively.
