🔑 What You'll Do:
As the HUD Community Manager, you'll be the key leader ensuring smooth property operations, regulatory compliance, and resident satisfaction. You'll:

Supervise onsite staff and vendors to meet property goals

Oversee day-to-day operations, budget management, and vendor relations

Ensure compliance with HUD and Section 8 regulations, including income eligibility, rent calculations, and periodic re-certifications

Manage leasing activities, including marketing, pre-leasing, and maintaining a waitlist

Collect rent and oversee resident communications through OneSite software
-
Maintain accurate and organized resident files

Respond to maintenance needs, oversee property appearance, and enforce community policies

Provide regular updates and strategy recommendations to the Regional Director
✅ What We're Looking For:

HUD Certification & Section 8 Experience are required - Only candidates with current, extensive HUD experience will be considered

2 years of property management experience in multi-family housing

Proven track record in leasing, renewals, and team leadership

LIHTC experience a plus

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software (OneSite preferred)

Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills

A customer-focused mindset with the ability to enforce policies fairly and professionally
