As a Leasing Consultant, you will:

• Greet and Assist Residents and Prospects: Be the friendly face and voice that welcomes all visitors to the Leasing Office.
• Leasing Support: Assist the Community Director in managing leasing activities, offering ideas for marketing and leasing plans, and ensuring compliance with the Fair Housing Act and RichSmith policies.
• Customer Service: Provide outstanding service to current residents, prospective residents, vendors, and guests.
• Administrative Duties: Handle basic office tasks, including typing, filing, scanning, faxing, and answering telephones.
• Multi-tasking: Manage various tasks in a fast-paced environment while prioritizing effectively.

• Leasing Experience: At least 1 year of leasing experience is required.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Customer Service Focus: A strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
• Office Skills: Ability to perform basic office tasks, including managing files, handling phone calls, and using common office equipment.
• Multi-tasking and Organization: Ability to work efficiently in a busy environment with strong organizational and time management skills.

• Mobility: Must be able to walk the property, including multiple flights of stairs, for inspections, apartment showings, and delivering communications.
• Physical Ability: Must be able to lift a minimum of 60 lbs. for tasks such as vacuuming, moving office furniture, and lifting supplies.
• Communication: Must be able to communicate effectively with residents, staff, vendors, and supervisors.
