Position: Leasing Assistant
Location: Cabot, AR

Key Responsibilities:

• First Impressions: Serve as the first point of contact for prospective residents, residents, vendors, and guests of the community.
• Leasing Duties: Responsible for the rental of apartment units to ensure maximum occupancy and high renewal rates. Coordinate move-ins and move-outs, lease negotiations, renewals, and apartment showings.
• Administrative Tasks: Handle basic office tasks such as typing, filing, scanning, faxing, and answering telephones. Ensure paperwork for current and prospective tenants is completed accurately.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Prior leasing experience is preferred.
• Availability: Must be available to work most weekends and some overtime if required.
• Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, outstanding focus on customer service, and proficiency in standard office administration, equipment use, and MS Office software.
• Multitasking: Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a busy environment.
• Organization: Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to perform the physical functions of the position, including walking the property, climbing multiple flights of stairs, completing physical inspections, delivering resident communications, and showing apartments.
