Responsibilities: As a Service Technician, you will report to the Community Manager and be responsible for maintaining the property, including but not limited to:
- Responding to service requests promptly and efficiently
- Performing pool care, landscaping, grounds care, and preventive maintenance daily
- Completing turnkey work in vacant apartments
- Coordinating with vendors and the Community Director for housekeeping and repairs
- Ensuring the maintenance shop is organized and stocked
- Being on-call for 24-hour emergency maintenance service
- Utilizing HVAC experience to troubleshoot and repair HVAC systems
Qualifications:
- HVAC or EPA certification required and preferred, with demonstrated experience in HVAC troubleshooting and repairs
- Pool operation and maintenance experience preferred
- Minimum 3 years of related work experience preferred
- Knowledge of electrical and mechanical aspects of appliance repair, basic competency in electricity, refrigeration, plumbing, carpentry, appliance repair, and irrigation systems
- Physical ability to lift objects up to 75 lbs, bend, stoop, twist, and reach overhead for extended periods
