We are looking for a dedicated and service-oriented Service Technician to join our Apartment Community in Russellville, AR. If you have experience with maintenance, make-ready, and work orders, along with a can-do attitude, we want to hear from you!

This is a Safety-Sensitive Position requiring full, unimpaired skills and judgment to safely perform duties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform general maintenance tasks including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and HVAC troubleshooting.
- Respond to service requests from residents in a timely and professional manner.
- Handle appliance repairs, pool care, landscaping, and preventative maintenance to ensure the property remains in top condition.
- Participate in an on-call rotation to provide 24-hour emergency maintenance support.
- Inspect vacant units and complete necessary repairs to make them move-in ready.
- Maintain the property's safety, cleanliness, and overall curb appeal by addressing maintenance issues promptly.
What We're Looking For:
- HVAC or EPA certification preferred.
- Pool operation and maintenance experience is a plus.
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on maintenance experience in a residential or commercial setting.
- Knowledge of appliance repair, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, carpentry, and irrigation systems.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently while handling multiple priorities.
- Customer-focused mindset with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must be available to work in an on-call capacity as needed.
