Job Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Community Manager, the Service Technician will oversee property maintenance and ensure the community remains safe, attractive, and well-maintained. Key duties include:
- Completing service requests efficiently to ensure resident satisfaction.
- Performing pool care and maintenance.
- Handling landscaping, groundskeeping, and preventive maintenance.
- Conducting electrical and carpentry tasks, unit turnovers, and other building projects.
- Ensuring overall upkeep and maintenance of residential apartment buildings.
We are looking for a team-oriented professional with a strong work ethic, proven maintenance skills, and a passion for providing exceptional service.
Qualifications:
- HVAC or EPA certification preferred.
- Pool operation and maintenance experience preferred.
- Minimum 1 year of property management maintenance experience preferred.
- Willingness to work on-call as part of our 24-hour maintenance guarantee.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift up to 100 lbs.
- Frequent bending, stooping, twisting, and working in confined spaces.
- Ability to perform overhead repairs for extended periods.
