Position Overview: The Service Technician plays a vital role in maintaining our property to the highest standards. Reporting to the Community Manager, you will be responsible for addressing service requests promptly, conducting pool care, landscaping, grounds maintenance, and daily preventive maintenance.
Responsibilities:
- Address all service requests promptly and efficiently.
- Conduct pool care, landscaping, grounds maintenance, and daily preventive maintenance.
- Uphold safety standards and practices to create a secure environment for residents and team members.
Qualifications:
- EPA or HVAC certification is required.
- Preferred experience in pool operation and maintenance.
- Minimum of 2 years of related work experience is preferred. Must have your own tools.
- Knowledge of electrical and mechanical aspects of appliance repair, HVAC troubleshooting and repairs, as well as competency in electricity, refrigeration, plumbing, carpentry, appliance repair, and irrigation systems.
- Availability to work in an on-call capacity related to our 24-hour routine maintenance guarantee.
