As we continue to expand our presence globally, we are seeking an experienced and dynamic Public Relations (PR) Manager to develop and execute strategic communication plans that elevate Richtech Robotics reputation, increase brand awareness, and drive engagement across media platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in media relations, press release distribution, and corporate communications, with the ability to position our company as a thought leader in the robotics and automation industry.

Key ResponsibilitiesMedia & Public Relations

• Develop and execute PR strategies that align with Richtech Robotics business objectives.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with journalists, media outlets, influencers, and key industry stakeholders.
• Proactively pitched compelling stories and secure media coverage in top-tier publications, TV, radio, and online platforms.
• Draft, edit, and distribute press releases, media advisories, and corporate announcements.
• Manage crisis communication efforts, ensuring the companys reputation is protected.
• Act as the company spokesperson when necessary or coordinate media training for executives.

Content & Communication

• Develop high-quality written materials, including press releases, speeches, op-eds, and industry articles.
• Oversee the creation of PR content for the company website, social media, and newsletters.
• Ensure consistency in Richtech Robotics messaging across all communication channels.

Event Management & Thought Leadership

• Plan and coordinate press conferences, media briefings, and product launches.
• Collaborate with internal teams to organize industry events, sponsorships, and speaking engagements.
• Position company executives as thought leaders by securing speaking opportunities and publishing industry insights.

Monitoring & Reporting

• Track media coverage and PR performance, providing detailed reports and insights.
• Monitor industry trends, competitor PR strategies, and public sentiment to inform communication plans.
• Work with analytics tools to measure the effectiveness of PR campaigns.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.
• 5 years of experience in PR, media relations, or corporate communications, preferably in technology, robotics, AI, or automation-related industries.
• Proven experience securing media coverage and managing press relationships.
• Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with media and internal stakeholders.
• Ability to work under pressure, manage crises, and handle sensitive communications.
• Experience in social media management and digital PR is a plus.
• Proficiency in PR software, media databases, and monitoring tools (e.g., Cision, Meltwater, Google Alerts).

Preferred Skills

• Experience in international PR and working with global media networks.
• Knowledge of SEO principles and how PR integrates with digital marketing.
• Familiarity with corporate social responsibility (CSR) and brand reputation management.
